Welcome to the one Fund
We are 1 million Black women committed to empowering and developing healthy communities through investment, advocacy, and education. We are an investment community set up to fund Black women, Black woman lead projects and the development of healthy, sustainable, and thriving Black communities. We are engaging in massive financial literacy training to elevate our people out of poverty and into a space of wealth creation. We as Black women, lead the nation in economic and health disparities, far too many of us are losing employment due to lack of child care, we have some of the highest rates of housing and food insecurities.
We are headquarted in Los Angeles, CA with Ambassadors in over 20 states. Our members have a voice in the projects and opportunities that we fund.
Our focus is financial literacy and the development of sustainable cities, housing, health centers, and childcare facilities for Black people throughout the United States. We will also fund and finance Black women lead businesses and opportunities for home ownership.
Our National Ambassadors are forming a national network of partners and a consortium of Black business owners, contractors, educators, and health advocates to accomplish our development and educational goals. Our State Ambassadors work to recruit members and assess and identify funding opportunities through hosting strategic networking and financial literacy events for Black women within their prospective state.

We are committed to the following:
Financial Literacy: Recognizing the role that financial solvency plays in our communities' long-term success, we provide widespread financial literacy training to elevate our people out of poverty and into a space of wealth creation. We are committed to ensuring Black families are informed and equipped to make healthy financial decisions. |
Building Back Black Women Enterprises: Before COVID-19, Black women were among the fastest-growing segment of business owners in the US and are still the largest minority female group of business owners. As Black women entrepreneurs also represent 42% of new women-owned businesses overall; they have been among the most vulnerable because they often lack access to capital and adequate funding sources. We are committed to ensuring Black female-led companies survive and continue to thrive. |
Developing Safe, Sustainable, and Healthy Communities: We envision healthy sustaining, and thriving communities for African Americans and people of the Diaspora. Housing and Food Security remain a national and global crisis for far too many. We cannot afford to wait on any one to save us but ourselves. ONE Fund works to ensure that we are developing sustainable communities, increasing home ownership, urban agriculture programming for food deserts. |
The One Badge Black women as consumers are a powerhouse. They collectively possess a buying power of $1.2 trillion, and as consumers are more likely than other groups to be brand loyalists. We are committed to ensuring that Black female consumers have a way to identify brands that have shown proven action on the issues that specifically impact our community. The One Badge will be a way to identify that a company is either Black women-owned or that the company has ensured that black women are represented in their leadership, brand, and philanthropic efforts.
